Senior Tigers Pre-Christmas Lunch

Doors will open at 12 noon, and everyone is to be seated by 12.55.

For those who have not been before – we are in the Kingston Suite (main reception)

and there will be a table plan for you to check which table you are sitting at.  There

will be 21 tables with 187 of us sitting down for lunch.

Drinks are obtained at the bar, but payment is CARD only.

Staff will ask you if you have any dietary requirements, individually at your tables.

There will be raffle tickets on sale but these are CASH only

After the meal – our special guest from the club will be Justin Walker – Liam’s assistant manager.

He will be interviewed by our resident ‘Chat Show Host’ Richard Beachell.

After this, we will be having a Christmas quiz by our new Quiz Master Tony – who was a big hit at the May meal – so don’t forget to bring a pen.

Finally – we will draw the raffle.

This year the prizes include – £150 towards an Acklam Door to Door Holiday, A Tower Air Fryer, Dining vouchers at various pubs & restaurants, Hampers, Meat and Cake Vouchers, Wines, Beers, chocolates etc etc.

ALSO – at our last committee meeting – we felt that we need to decide on donating to a local Charity, that would benefit from a little help from us.  Last year we made donations to the Warren Centre, Geo/Help for Heroes, and Fit Mums.  Can we ask you all for some suggestions please?

I have been given some lovely hand-made table covers etc, some you will have already seen, but I have now received more, and a lot are Christmas themed- and ideal to give as presents.  The lady who donated them all, wants the proceeds to go to Charity and therefore I am going to provide a stall at the dinner for you to purchase if you so wish.  Nothing will be priced, just a small donation into a ‘pot’. BUT this again will be cash only.
